Elixir Quality Policy is to provide high quality products and services to our customers, in the agreed upon delivery time, to gain and retain their loyalty. All Elixir managers and employees are expected to support the implementation of this Policy in accordance with their roles and responsibilities within the organization.

It is the policy of Precision Tool to consistently satisfy customer requirements and meet or exceed customer expectations. Precision Tool is committed to continuous improvement of the quality management system, monitoring customer satisfaction and meeting our quality objectives.

The following courses of action facilitate our compliance with this policy :

• Adopt and adapt Elixir Quality Strategies, concentrating on managing and constantly improving processes and practices that deliver customer value. This helps us to better understand the customer's needs and provide product and service quality.
• Integrate quality management system principles and methodologies into our business and decision making practices. These include measuring and reporting our performance and adhering to continuous improvement practices.
• Provide clear, accurate quality information about our products to customers and employees.
• Inform suppliers, partners and contractors of our quality requirements and encourage them to adopt sound quality management system practices.
• Ensure our products and operation comply with applicable quality regulations and requirements.
• This Quality Policy is reviewed annually to ensure its content remains current with our company's strategic objective.
